flowwork is the engine that powers doty.
there are areas of life where we prefer structure / framework, while in other areas we may prefer to go with the flow. these areas can be different for different people, we may change our minds over time and switch these areas. one could even find a balance between the two approaches.

a workshop or a course is an intervention at a point in time and any plans or changes we make during that intervention are a capture of our context at that time, we could well feel differently say 6 months later or 6 days later. doty is designed to be a constant companion that you can update. doty reflects who you are at any given point and reconnects the dots accordingly
